Good morning, we have some problem with the connectivity with smarphone.
At the fist connection I've not problem to go on the net with device. Afther a period of inactivity I try to return on the net but i can't and the signal is at the max power.
To bypass the problem I've to disconnect and reconnect the device and it return to work well.
Any one had this problem?
I've the Hive Manager NG console build version 11.26.3.5 and AP130 installed.
one other question, with my account i can't open cases on the support portal.
How can I open a case?
Thank you very much.

Hello, I've emailed you directly with more information about your community permissions, so please let me know if you have any more questions about that.
As for the connectivity issue, I'd be interested to see a packet capture run when the client still shows as connected but can't pass traffic. Here is a guide that will walk you through how to set up a remote sniffer packet capture on HiveManager (formerly NG)- https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Packet-Capture-in-NG
Also, when you are unable to pass traffic but before you disconnect and reconnect, do you still see the client as "connected" in the Client details page of the HiveManager? If you do see it as still connected, does the client have a poor health score in any area?
Approximately how long would you say you have to be inactive before the issue occurs?
What OS are we working with? Is the problem limited to one OS type or are several having the same issue?
Finally, you are on a fairly old version of HiveManager, have you given any thought to upgrading?
