AP230: Device Update Failed?

Hi there.  I purchased a second hand AP230 and I’m seeing the device update failed message when using the Extreme Cloud IQ Connect.  I’m currently on version 6.1r6c.  How can I go about updating the AP to the latest firmware?   Thanks in advance.

Resolved! Any way to create a custom Admin role for hive manager NG ?It seams that the options are the pre-defined roles, cant seem to find a way to either customize an existing admin role or create a new one. This was possible with Hive Manager classic.
