Randomly one of our APs jumped to 70% CPU, since nobody is connecting we run 8.4r10a

HI what we noticed was that another AP also , lost service until I intervened and manually assigned a channel, then this AP chose the same channel as an adjacent AP (36), Which I didnt think would happen with co-existing ASCP neghbours. Could this be because we dont swap channels on those APs which have voice clients connected, this could result in same APs moving channel and some not. To fix the issue quickly I moved the adjacent AP to ch 108@40 , since changing the channel the AP CPU has dropped and now as per usual 18-20 clients are connected.
