That could come from a number of factors, but I'd recommend following the steps in this guide to narrow it down and/or to connect the APs manually: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/CAPWAP-Guide-for-HiveManager-NG

That worked great- thank you Sam!

 

One more quick question if I may? We have two APs that have been plugged in and working for a month, but they always show as offline.

 

Any thoughts as to why they show as offline?
