Dear Aerohive Networks, We are attempting to add 2 of our devices below to Hivemanager but are getting the message 'device already onboarded': SN: 02301707212614 SN: 02301707213833 Any chance you can help us get it cleared? Thank you!

That worked great- thank you Sam! One more quick question if I may? We have two APs that have been plugged in and working for a month, but they always show as offline. Any thoughts as to why they show as offline?
