Hello.
I have this device (01221704031446) on a unlicensed account, i was no able to remove before the license expired. ¿Is there another way to get this serial number removed?

Hello, thanks for reaching out. I've cleared out the conflicting record for you, so you should be able to add it to the new account at this time.

i have the same problem
My AP120 (S/N 12010061800264) was enrolled on other acoount and now i cannot add it on my new account.
