Good Day,
I am having issues with onboarding of an AP 250 in a HiveManager NG environment.
The onboarding process fails with the following message "Device already onboarded".
I have found the account of Hivemanager that is associated with the new AP 250, I have to remove the device from that secondary account, so I'll be able to add it on my primary account HiveManager NG environment with serial number ?

That is correct, the device serial number can only belong to one device inventory at a time. You would need to remove the device from the secondary account and then add it to your primary account.
