I recently purchased 2 AP122 but the moment I tried to onboard them to my Hive Manager account the platform marked a failure with the message "Device already Onboarded".

 

I have the APs with me and haven't had them bound to any other account.

These are the S/N if there's anyway I could get them freed.

First I would contact whoever you purchased them from to see if they will release them. Next I would call support.
