I have two AP130's running that I did not set up and have worked fine for years. Within the past 6 months I have had issues with iPhones sending/receiving texts from non iPhone users as well as issues with incoming /outgoing phone calls. This seems to happen only with iPhones on the Verizon network. The phones do use the Verizon WiFi calling as well. At times it will take 30 minutes to an hour to send or receive a text and some times take several seconds to make an outgoing phone call. Incoming calls apparently ring for the person calling me, but the phone never rings. I know that this is not just an issue with my phone specifically, it is happening to all phones on the network. We also have a Sonicwall which has worked for years, no issues. Has anyone had a similar issue and found a resolution? Or suggestions?

I would recommend using the Device CLI tech data guide instead of the GUI guide.

Hi Sam,
I do not have Hive Manager, I am using Hive Connect (I believe) and cannot access the tech data. Do you have any suggestions?

Would you be able to send tech data taken during a time when an iPhone is having issues? If you can email the tech data to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com, I can take a look and let you know what we find. If we don't find anything in the data, we might want to try a frame filter to get a better idea of the traffic and to see if it's dropping packets.
These guides review how to get tech data, depending on which HiveManager platform you are using:
