Guest Registration Failure

Hello,

Encountering some issues with Guest Registration and connecting to Guest_Secure SSID. The setup has a Guest_Registration SSID with Captive Portal setup. The client device connects to the Guest_Registration SSID and receives a Private Pre-Share Key. However when trying to connect to the Guest_Secure SSID the with the PPSK the connections fails.

Any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot?

Are you seeing any failures reported in the client monitor section under the Tools tab? If not, could you run the following debugs on the AP you are connecting to, and then replicate the issue and pull tech data.

Commands:

_debug auth basic

_debug auth verbose

To get tech data you'll want to to go Tools> Utilities> Get tech data> Check the box next to the AP> Get tech data (at the top of the page this time). If you could email that tech data and the MAC address of the client you tested with that was unable to connect, I can take a look and let you know the results. My email is communityhelp@aerohive.com.
