Nevermind, I see it in your picture, thank you for the screen shot. I'm going to test this in my lab to see if I get the same behavior, I'll keep you updated on my results.

Thank you for confirming that for me. I'd like to test this in my lab to see if I have the same problem, could you let me know what RDC you are using? You can see this in the URL displayed when you're logged in to the HiveManager, you'll see cloud-###.aerohive.com, where the ### is you'd see something like VA, VA2, IE, AUS, etc. That will tell me which data center is hosting your HiveManager, so I can test on the same data center.

I don't see any data in the Email logs. Hive Manager > Global Setting > Logs > Email Log/SMS Log(Empty).

Do you see any data in the Email logs? You can find these by clicking on the silhouette icon in the top right corner> Global Settings> Email logs (left hand side menu under the heading Logs).
