Ultimately, he best course of action is a support case so we can document Tech Data and more, but if you could SSH into one of the APs now and provide the output of:
show system process state
We may be able to tell if there is a top process contributing to these issues.

Open a ticket - provide tech data on APs with core dump. Support may have you enable Kernel Diagnostic Data Recorder Log (KDDR). What HiveOS are you running?
