You would want to contact your partner for support based on the support contract your account has purchased. To open cases directly with Aerohive you'd need to purchase Global Select support. I've emailed you directly with your Aerohive account owner's contact information, if you're unsure who to contact for your partner to open a case, your Aerohive account owner can assist with this.
