HiveManager appliance on site on version 6.8r3 cannot upgrade.

I have the appliance on site and I cannot upgrade it ?to the next version.

When I run the upgrade it fails to start the GUI and I can only SSH into it to revert to the previous version. After 10 minutes or so it is fine again.

Any suggestions as to how I can get it upgraded as it is now way behind where it should be?

Hi, yes of course. It's on a physical HiveManager appliance not a VM. It has 8gb ram and is a C2D Vpro CPU I think.

I have the tech support ​file I can mail if that helps shed any light on the issue. It is taken at the time it has failed to run the upgrade from the 'cli get tech support' option.
