HiveManager Login page is not reachable

Hello Dears,

I have Hivemanger as VM on Vmware i can ping the Hivemanager and even i can reach it via port 3000 but not able to reach the Login page. the version is 12.8.2.2

i tried to reboot it shows that is running and please wait however after some time i can't reach login page. 

PLEAS HELP.

Make sure you allow enough time after the reboot for the boot process to complete. It can take some time.
