Hivemanager NG Upgrade

I have Hivemanager NG Appliance on my site and I want to upgrade it to the latest Version
Hivemanager NG (Dell EMC) Appliance Version is 12.8.3.3
Latest Extreme IQ Virtual Appliance 21.1.22.1

My questions are:
1- Can i upgrade with the latest version from the first time?
2- What is the upgrade path to do it?
3- Does my license effects with this upgrade (i mean will it be deactivated)?
