I found the article here that says you can change the template under Common, but I don't have the Basic option in Hive Manager. Is there another way to change the notification templates?
If you are using HiveManager Connect, unfortunately you won't be able to create custom templates. You would need to upgrade to Select for that feature. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful here.
