Which model? There was an issue with LEDs dimming over time when left on permanently, thus the timed flashes. You can set up to a 72 hour delay for the power saving mode in cli:
system led power-saving-mode delay 72 on 100 off 1
Not exactly what you were looking for, but it looks like that's as close as you can get
