Hi Carl,

 

The screenshots I sent were displaying NG, but the process should still be the same.

 

  1. Change the Key
  2. Confirm the Key
  3. Press Save in top right
  4. Push a Complete config update to AP

 

If you change the key, then press save, what happens?

Hello Carl,

 

To reach the SSID Configuration where the encryption key value can be changed:

 

Configure -> Network Policy -> Wireless Networks

  • Click the WPA/WPA2 PSK - SSID's Name
