How to setup ssh server on Hivemanager NG on-prem?

I want to enable ssh function on Hivemanager NG? how to setup that.

I believe it's to establish SSH in APs that are connected to HM-OnPremises, for example, SSH tunnel.

We haven't moved over to NG - but that doesn't appear to be what you think it is, that is to establish SSH connections to itself. First of all it wouldn't be prompting you for all that information. I speculate that screen is to establish a remote database connection to another NG server in a farm. Maybe the HM Help could explain?
