Resolved! AP 320 latest firmware

I picked up a second hand AP320 and I’m seeing the device update failed message when using the Extreme Cloud IQ Connect. It’s currently on version 3.4r2. How can I update the AP to the latest firmware? Thanks in advance.

Cannot add SR2148P to ExtremeCloud IQ Connect account

I just received an Aerohive SR2148P that is attached to another account. Is it possible to get this device unlinked for onboarding into my account? Thanks!

STPD Disabled

We keep running into stpd disabled ports on our Aerohive AP’s. Is there a way to alert to these port changes without monitoring all ports? SYSLOGs, SNMP? Thanks.
