We got stuck on our first deployment. We were not aware we needed to mesh them with devices capable of running 8.3 or better for the auto-provisioning...no good when trying to pair them with 330s (6.5). We just plugged them into a switch and configured them the good 'ol fashion way. Love 'em. Good luck

Hi Timothy,

 

Just to check, are you going to cloud.aerohive.com in order to access the HiveManager as you need to be using HiveManager (NG).
