I have 2 Ap122 connected directly to a Comcast wireless modem router. I am getting extreme slow speeds no more than 15mbs, however the comcast wifi is 400mbs. I switched off the comcast wifi radio and still get 15-20mbs. Service is 1 gig.

You do have some access to CLI from the UI of XIQ Connect...

For CLI do i need to be onsite or can I do it from the Cloud (free version)?

Hey David,

Can you please provide some information about the configuration on the APs. If you are able to access the CLI please provide the results of following commands or at least provide the tech data logs from the APs.
