Can someone please advise what i need to do to get it under the management portal again? I have tried resetting it and cant seem to get to the downloads section of this portal to be able to get the latest firmware and key for the device. I have a select license so not sure why this is happening.

My apologies, I've enabled full Hive Community access for you now. If your device is on HiveOS that is older than 6.5r3, we'll need to get it up to at least 6.5r3 in order to manage it in the HiveManager. You should have access to our downloads section now, and this guide reviews how to update the device via the Web UI of the deivce: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Upgrading-AP-firmware-via-web-UI
