I have a client who recently purchased licenses for his 14 access points, but can't remember the Hivemanager access password, and in the portal recovery process is not working, how can I recover this access for my client?

Would you be able to provide the VHM ID of the HiveManager, or a serial number of a device that is currently connected to the HiveManager? Or if you could tell me the email address the client uses to try to log in to the HiveManager, I can try to find your instance that was as well.
