Okay so firmware is fine, is there any firewall rules blocking the update from going through? Rule are: https://cloud.aerohive.com/support/Amsterdam.html

What's the current firmware version that it is on?

the mouse-over information (by the "Device update failed" notice) says HVMxxxxx password *** Basic execute failed caused by unknown error
