Thank you for that screen shot, that does explain things. You need to be on HiveOS version 6.5r3 or higher to use the device with HiveManager. I've emailed you directly with the firmware you 'll need to get these devices updated to where they can work with the HiveManager platform you are using.

When you hover over the Device Update Failed message, what are the details of the failure? Also, could you confirm you are allowing TCP 22 and 443 on any firewalls or content filters?

I setup HiveManager to update the firmware to the latest for the 121's but I keep getting
