I received a free SR2208P. I connected it to the Hivemanager, but has lost connection with the Redirector and won't connect to the Hivemanager. I am unable to open a case. What can be done to get support assistance and reconnect the switch?

If you have cli access try:

application stop hive agent

!

application start hive agent

!

show hivemanger status
