Thanks for letting me know, I've sent that email again to office@cletech.us. I would need to see some tech data from the AP to start troubleshooting why the SSID is missing. If you could send that tech data to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com, I can let you know what I find.

Hi Sam,

 

I did not receive the email with the firmware files attached. Can you check on them? My email address is office@cletech.us

 

Also, might you know why the SSID for the Aeorhive units is not showing up on my network scan? Do you think a firmware update will fix that?

I am logged in to the AP and at the Upgrade screen. Where can I locate the firmware file for downloading?
