Issue: ping drops when a Radius server to re-authenticate an end device

ping drops 3 times when a Radius server to re- authenticate an end device. please explain why. thanks.

If you go to Configure> Open the network policy in use> Go to Additional Settings> Device data Collection and Monitoring (left hand side menu)> Scroll down to the Automatic Synthetic Traffic Generation> Can you tell me if either option in this section is enabled?

Could you tell me what kind of Radius we are using? Is it hosted on an AP (I can't tell the model device from your screen shot)?

Are we using an internal user database or an external user database?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by installed the Radius on the Aerohive switch. Would you be able to add me as an external user to your HiveManager so I can look at the set up we have now? If you would like to add me, please use the email slynn@aerohive.com, and let me know what your organization name is (global settings> Account details), and which Network policy I should be looking at if there is more than one.

Added the file again. the red part in "Capture-radius-2.png" shows the drops.
