I have just updated a BR100 to latest firmware via HiveManager Online. However this one is not coming back up. I am now unable to ping the BR100. Have tried a reset via the pinhole but that has not helped.
Have logged onto the switch and it appears to be going through a loop.

I have checked the switch config and it all looks fine as it matches another port which has a BR100 connected to it.
I have updated many of our BR100's earlier today and last week without an issue (4-5 of them). This one happens to be the second to last one being done.
How can I resolve this?

If you are able to interrupt the boot cycle, I would recommend opening a technical support case and requesting assistance with a TFTP flash of the BR.
