Hi community, this is my first post.
Context :
In our company, we have a lift. There is a Windows tablet bolt on that lift. The driver of the lift goes to multiple places in the company, crossing 4-5 AccessPoint.
The APs are set in neighbor, and we see in logs when the client is being sent to a neighbor AP.
Problem :
There is a problem where the Windows tablet is being disconected from the network, like there were a roaming problem, or something. He only disconnect and reconnect the Wifi adapter and the network is coming back OK.
Logs :
When i monitor the MACADDR of the tablet, we see multiple problems.Just note that we do not have a problem where the tablet is NEVER able to connect. Disabling the wifi interface and reenabling it make it works though.
I will put a log file in attached.
Here are some highlights :
Error 1 : 4 way Handshake failure

TESTS :
Problem may be a roaming problem ? (since when i disconect and reconnect the Wifi, i am successfully being reconnect to the nearest AP)
Problem may be a channel problem ? (set automaticly).

Hello,
When moving around with a laptop, are you holding the laptop and walking?
Could you describe the Casing/Harness the Tablet is in? Could you upload a photo?
To start troubleshooting, the first things we would look at is the RF environment and either identify or rule-out an issue.
This guide explains the steps and defines the data points you would look for:

Hi David,
Thank you for the quick reply.
When i was testing with the laptop, yes i was walking like 10 meter, and was stopping to let my wifi adapter the time to understand changement. I went everywhere in the shop, this way.
For the casing of the tablet, i will get a photo in a couple of hours, before the diner (it is 8h52 AM in here). I will let you know.
Plus, i have someone who is taking notes to know where and at what hours a wifi problem occured. I will be able to compare with the client monitor logs of the tablet to know what happened to these hours.
I will take time to read the link you sent me so i can verify what is up relating to the interference.
Will be back with more infos !
