The Aerohive WIFI Access points which received has one damage piece in the box the device has damage in the Clamp hook.

The instructions for how to return defective devices should be included in your RMA case after your RMA has been approved. I see you have an RMA case open with us, I would direct you to the comment made by our RMA team on December 20th regarding how to ship the defective units back.

I'm sorry, I meant you would need to email the address Partners@aerohive.com to request case creation access in Hive Community as a Partner.

I login to partner@aerohive.com but there is no option for support or RMA.
