Yes, that is the case I was referring to. I'm not sure what you mean by "the correct value of a fail unit", are you asking what serial numbers this RMA case is covering?

That is not an Aerohive RMA number or invoice. I would recommend speaking with our RMA team via your Aerohive support case.
