If you open your Radio Profile, can you see what settings you have for the background scans? The APs would need to be able to complete background scans to report this information to the HiveManager, and if we have background scans set to not run when we have active clients on the network, then then could explain why we aren't see any results in your Maps when you check them.

Interference would have to be pretty heavy to prevent a background scan. More commonly, background scans are missed because the settings in the Radio Profile said not to run a background scan in certain situations.

Number of BGSCAN=111; Number of BGSCAN requested=158; Number of BGSCAN missed=47. from these figures, missed part is because too much interference, AP can not complete the scan. Am I right?

We don't have a way to force background scans other than to reboot the AP entirely.

The maps will work off of the last background scan that was reported from the AP to the HiveManager, so the information will be a bit behind real time data.
