If you open your Radio Profile, can you see what settings you have for the background scans? The APs would need to be able to complete background scans to report this information to the HiveManager, and if we have background scans set to not run when we have active clients on the network, then then could explain why we aren't see any results in your Maps when you check them.

A device connected to the AP that goes in to power saving mode would prevent a background scan on the AP with the settings you have currently. So it maybe not be the device that is listed as data collection, but there could be a device that the AP still considers connected that is in power saving mode. You have disabled background scans when a client is in power save mode. I would recommend enabling background scans when clients are in power save mode to increase the likelihood of a successful background scan.

Not necessarily the device we're looking at, but a device that was still connected to the AP, so that would prevent the background scan on that AP.
