Number of devices failed to add: 1 Unable to add serial number "[REDACTED]": The serial number belong to another VHM in Redirector.

An AP230 I have gives the above message. We had a lab VHM that it might have been registered to, but it is no longer licensed so I cant see if it's there. Is there another way to get this serial removed from whichever VHM it is associated with?
