Thank you for reply Sam. Sorry to ask again but how end user can request renewal, will they be prompted automatically through hivemanager over email or something ?
The renew user credentials feature requires that the end user request renewal when prompted to, but then the renewal will take place automatically without the intervention of a ECIQ admin. I haven't heard back on the feature request so I don't think that has been implemented yet.
HI Sam, based on similar request, will renew credentials is used to renew passwords for PPSK users automatically once they expired ? also, the feature about keeping same credentials is working now ?
