Good Day,

 

I am having issues with onboarding of an AP 130 and 250 in a newly installed HiveManager NG environment.  

 

The onboarding process fails with the following message "Device already onboarded"

 

However neither devices appears in the "Monitor" view. Is there something I am missing?

If you can email me the serial number of the device I can look in to this on my side for you. Please email the serial number to communityhelp@aerohive.com.
