I would recommend running through the CAPWAP troubleshooting in the guide below, and if that doesn't resolve the issue you might want to file for an RMA.

To Add more info, we have more AP with same spec, but only 1 AP is having this issue.
We are using AP230 with HiveOs 8.1r2a build-178408
any help would be appreciated.
