We have an SSID that uses PPSK and we want users to be able to renew PPSK automatically.

To do this, we have enabled: "Renew user credentials" and "Show Expiration Message"

But when the password expires, the renewal portal does not appear instantly.

The browser shows that there is no internet. It takes minutes to appear and even hours. Can it be a bug or some configuration that we have skipped?cf0217567689479fa5aa62082a397cb8_0690c000008s2K2AAI.png

This does sound like something our engineers will need to investigate. I think at this point we need a support case so we can involve our engineers, I've emailed you directly with instructions on how to open a case for this issue. Please let me know if I can clarify anything.

I have tried to navigate to a non-cached website and to 1.1.1.1. The same result. After about 5 minutes or more, the portal to renew the PPSK code appears.

It should be fairly instantaneous, when you open the browser and it shows you have no internet, could you try browsing to a site that wouldn't be cached, or trying to go to 1.1.1.1?
