Switch Aerohive SR2348P is not controllable on extremecloud cloud

Hi, I am not able to control hivemanager cloud. What should I do. I read there are instructions to update the new firmware but I don't have the offline firmware.
what should I do.

The IQAgent 1.1.31 is what you're looking for in that screenshot. Hiveagent was its previous branding name, sorry for any confusion.
