Transfer Aerohive AP350 to Extreme Cloud IQ Connect "The device appears to be in use by another VIQ"

Hi, I found out that we can use Extreme Cloud IQ Connect free tier to manage Aerohive AP350 in limited fashion.  I tried to add one of the AP350 but get error message "The device appears to be in use by another VIQ."  I have about 159 wireless access point.  I have the VIQ info but I am not sure how to remove the device from that VIQ.  Please advice.  Thanks for your time.

Thank you for your reply.  Sorry for not being clear describing the issue.  We have Aerohive AP but the subscription expire.  I created Extreme cloud iq account but I did not get a chance to migrate the access point.  When I login to Aerohive portal, I no longer see the access point.  I also not able to see the access point on the extreme portal.  So I assume somewhere on the backend, I have the old VIQ.  If I call support and provide the serial number and MAC address of the access point, can support team help remove the old VIQ?
