Upgrade to Hivemanager V20.1.3.2 failed

I upgraded from V19.5.1.7 to V20.1.3.2 using the upgrade pack. First it looked to be fine. However, after the VA came up again, it was no longer possible to login at the web GUI. Instead of getting the login page I become redirected to "https://hivemanager-ng.aerohive.com/acct-webapp/login". The Management GUI at port 3000 is still working.

 

Any idea?

I made a fresh install of V20.1.3.2 and imported the export of V19.5.1.7. Now I can login again. I had to set device status to "managed" and I had to update devices. However, this only a workaround.

 

Has anyone had similar problems with the upgrade pack?
