We are about to upgrade all of our AP120/121 to AP250. Our Hivemanger is licensed for 19 units - what is the best procedure to do the upgrade? Will the Hivemanager allow us to exceed our license temporarily?

Hello, you would not be able to manage more than your license number of devices at one time. You could either take a few of the 120/121's out, add a few 250's, and then repeat so you don't take the whole network down at once. Or if you have support you could request a temporary key so you can temporarily expand your device capacity in order to make these changes.

Yeah, support was more than willing to give me a 30 day key for some testing. They are really good about that.
