More about this. We have a problem in the configuration of an SSID that validates user and password in our Active Directory. Our AD server has 4 different IP´s, and in our DNS resolution our domain name translates into theses 4 different IP´s. When we enter into: Configuration -> Advanced Configuration -> AAA User Directory Settings, we configure one IP that goes into the DNS, but when we click "Retrieve Directory Information", the IP that comes into the field "Active Directory Server" changes and is not valid.
Maybe we need to set priorities in the order of the 4 IP´s resolution. Do you know any way of doing this?
Another option. In Windows-Linux systems, you can specify the hosts file to resolve IP´s before asking the DNS server. Is there any way of doing this in HiveOS? (our version is HiveOS 8.2r3.199573)

When you first click "retrieve directory information", the AD server field auto populates with whatever the DNS responded with first. After you have done this, you can manually change the IP address you want the AD server to use, and do not click "retrieve directory information" again before saving. Is this what you were looking for?

Thanks a lot, Sam, for your answer. We have tried what you suggested but it´s still not working. We will go on looking into the issue.
Kind regards.
