Hi Filip, I replied in the other thread but I see the problem is indeed that you're on HiveManager Classic.

You'd therefore have to migrate over to ExtremeCloud IQ, unfortunately you'd have to recreate your configuration as there is no export of this (you can however export and then import the APs, licences and maps).
