Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, we're using a PPSK solution. This configuration has been setup by our IT partner. However: the option 'renew user credentials' is greyed out. According to our supplier it is impossible to activate this option without reconfiguring the specific policy and loosing any current wifi connection using this policy. Very complicated according to them. I doubt this answer. Is it really that complicated? How can this 'renew user credentials option' be activated easily? Thanks!

Hello,

I presume from what you've described you're using a PPSK solution? If so, you can configure the user group with the "renew user credentials" box ticked. Then once the user expires, an admin of the HiveManager will be able to search for their account and renew it, restarting the timer on their account (if the expiration is valid for a time period, rather than specific dates).
