What is main difference between public and private cloud ? does private cloud is on prem ? Where it implemented

Private cloud is for very large, provider-type deployments. It is a hybrid of cloud and on-prem. It can be quite expensive since Hive Engineers personally assist in the on-prem deployment. You can find more information here:

Hello, I'm sorry but I'm not sure I've heard of private cloud. Could you tell me where you are seeing this option? We have something called Private Client Groups, is that what you're referencing?
