Update -TurboIron cases are not supported by Extreme. They have to be routed to Arris. Please call this number 855-782-5871, and they will be able to assist.
The case will need to be opened on the Extreme portal so that it can be worked by the switching support team that came over from Brocade.
I'll have to ask around about assets. It's my understanding that they will show up, but older products with no warranty or support may not- this is something I'm not sure of though.
